The course content has been carefully designed to maximise understanding by looking at the SRA Accounts Rules in a practical way examining common compliance issues including the treatment of residual client ledger balances, interest on clients' money and the proper treatment of costs and disbursements.
Our SRA Accounts Rules: A Practical Guide to Compliance training course will help delegates to demonstrate to the Solicitors Regulation Authority that they have met their continuing competence requirement and is ideally suited to the needs of Compliance Officers for Finance and Administration (COFA's), legal cashiers, partners, sole practitioners, accountants, practice managers, fee earners or anyone else looking to develop and expand their knowledge of the SRA Accounts Rules 2011, an integral part of the SRA Handbook which was introduced in October 2011.
